Class Thoughts: "Sometimes looking into a classroom is a bit like looking into a beehive. The uniformed visitor might see lots of bees moving in many different directions with no apparent logic - But the beekeeper, Oh yes, the beekeeper - she knows exactly what each bee is doing and how each activity fits within the overall pattern."
